Shea Homes is hosting an evening of "Wine & Design" in our Award Winning Design Studio. Perspective buyers are invited to come sample wine and enjoy hors d'oeuvres, while experiencing any feature of the event at your leisure.

Our 7000 square foot Design Center showcases over 50,000 options to customize your home. We will have representation from each of our Charlotte market communities and Financing Options provided by Shea Mortgage loan officers.

The entire evening will be in a relaxed, subdued setting while enjoying wine and hors d'oeuvres and the design options of your future new Shea Home.
